Do any of these sound familiar to you?
If any of these are present you will either be working from a reactive mode or feel like you can’t get to the things most important to you. Given that life is really about how you use your time and/or the experiences you have with your time, then managing your time is everything! I believe the best way to change your life and achieve more peace and joy is to manage your time. I also believe managing your time is the number one skill necessary to be a successful woman in business!
How we use our time says everything about what we believe we can do or become because it demonstrates how we value ourselves! If we are not in control of our time, we can find ourselves feeling like we are just an almighty task doer and not in the driver’s seat of our life! That doesn’t leave us feeling very fulfilled, nor confident we can keep our passions alive. However, there is hope! You can learn time management skills, take back control and free up time to focus on the things that are truly important to you. Curious? See how here!
The remaining results were:
25% – Wished for the ability to achieve what they want in their life: stemming from lacking support or confidence to achieve. Also, the need for reinvention of self due to life experiences.
25% - Wanted the ability to make business goals happen: stemming from not clearly communicating their message and the resultant inability to motivate teams or prospects. Not sure how to, or taking too long to, implement their goals.
7% - Desired to improve their leadership ability or get their team excited about their vision.
*Keep your eyes open in upcoming blog posts for ways to resolve these!
Final thoughts – This was an opened ended question on purpose. I really wanted to see without guiding you, where your desires or challenges are. Since I had never done a survey like this before I was anxious to see what the results would show. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the same challenges I currently help women entrepreneurs and women in business resolve are the same experienced by you. Not that I want to see you struggle, rather it reaffirms I am on the right track with where and how I should use my passions and skills to serve! I am determined to offer you practical resources and support that matter to you. If you want to resolve or improve any of the areas outlined in the survey results, check out my link above, or contact me for a compliementary consultation! Don’t waste anymore time!!
Thank you to those who took the time to give me this important information. If you didn’t get a chance to respond, or were part of the survey, please feel free to share your comments or questions here. As always, I’ll reply!
